To celebrate the important dates that have given Mexico its identity, we present our new Catrin "Emiliano" in honor of Emiliano Zapata.
Emiliano was a leader in the Mexican Revolution, he was the General leader of the peasant revolution, and the inspiration of the agrarian movement called Zapatismo.
Emiliano was an idealistic leader who taught people to be loyal to their beliefs and to fight for justice and equality. He represents a vital force in the revolutionary war efforts due to his participation in the battles against Mexican government forces.
Emiliano is wearing a distinctive charro hat, with gold trim to match his vest and jacket, and a red tie to symbolize bravery and passion.
As a brave soldier, he could not miss carrying a bullet belt, which our artist has elaborated with incredible detail.
We are so excited about adding Emiliano to our family! We're sure you will love making him part of yours too!
A Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist is included.
